What is your return policy?

Sudhe apparel will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 8 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

What are the payment options?

You can make your payments securely on our platform using payment methods from major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard etc.

Our platform is also integrated to accept payments via Mobile Money and MPESA. These can be initiated and completed on our website, Android or iOS app.

If you would rather do a bank transfer or direct deposit, please call our offices for bank details.
 

Sudhe Apparel does not accept cash for any form of transaction.

To avoid fraud, if someone calls, emails or texts you to inform you to send money outside of our platform to us by cash, Mobile Money or MPESA, please hang up and contact us through the numbers shown on our page before making a payment.

What are your hours of operation?

In order to better support the needs of our customers, we will now be available for phone support from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday -Friday. Please note that our Chat support is available on the weekends from 8am to 12:00pm.
